Return & Refund Policies

  1. Return:
  2. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
  3. Returned product will charge the delivery cost. If the return reason is “no longer needed” it will also charge processing cost. [note: if the seller is liable for late delivery the processing cost won’t be deducted, more over depending on cases, delivery charges also won’t be charged]
  4. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  5. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  6. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

**If a product is returned to seller in an inadequate condition, they reserve the right to send it back to you**

  2. If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method 1. Wallet refund 2. Bank/Bkash refund (subject to adjust transaction charge).
  3. Refund process will start after the successful return of the returned item or cancellation of an order (see cancel policy). Usually this process takes 7-12 working days. It may take long in some cases.
  4. In cases the returned item may go through a quality check process to decide if it is eligible for refund.
